Firozian Indian Tea House: A slice of India

“A woman is like a tea bag – you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

If life is a tea bag, I think mine would be a bland taste perhaps. I often contemplate I lack flavor and spices in my life,  the drama and experiences I have doesn’t give much pungency . Nonetheless, good thing life wasn’t a tea bag.

Anyway, my girl friends and I was on our usual giddy mood on Friday afternoon for our #Fridaytradition ,a tradition which we organized to take a day in our busy workweek to sit down and just reflect on how this week went. This weeks rendezvous is one of Asia’s iconic country , India!

We found ourselves sitting comfortably in this little corner named Firozian Indian Tea House.

Authentic, delicious and satisfying!

This comfortable , cozy  and cute little restaurant is catering Indian cuisine’s best qualities for Cebuano’s and its visitors. It is just a small area but the interior is well-arranged and decorated. The ambiance will take you to a quick trip to India, no need to book a flight.haha kidding aside.

I impressed with the quality  and quantity of the food and the variety of the dishes at a very competitive price. The particularity of some Indian dishes excites me, just be adventurous and just take whatever I pick.

That soothing tea from India, Lassi

I had already been drinking tea for some years by then so it tickles my curiosity about the Indian tea named Lassi since we only want to spend an afternoon tea session we opted not to have meals. I love the strung aroma of this drink as well as it’s flavor.

This is a love at first sip for mPostse since I love the subtle tasty notes of the tea, it can soothe your body, perfect to cap the busy workweek.  Truly best with friends or with intimate date. 🙂

A must-try offering of Firozian Indian Tea House

I noted some food items on the menu however I was good at that moment and decided just have tea however we did have a juicy chitchat with their staff and confessed what are the most order and must try food in the shop.

Among the top favorite for main dish is Chicken Masala or Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Durum, Butter Chicken,  Chicken Makhani and Aloo Keema .  As for dessert she recommends, Gulab Jammun, the Indian version of leche flan. It is  sweet with hints of  spicy flavors . They’ve got a long list of delicious Indian foods , its up for you to choose.
